Hilemon Farm

Hilemon Farm is made up of broad, rolling hills of well-kept pastures and managed pine forests mixed with older hardwood on slopes. A small branch runs through the middle of the tract with a pond that is about 3/4 of an acre. Pastures and pines each cover about 25 acres. Pines are about 14 years old and should be ready for thinning in a year or two. Perimeter fences are in place. Cows were removed last summer.


A single-wide mobile home sits on a high point with views of the surrounding pastures.
