Helping people buy and sell land in Upstate South Carolina.

I learned a strong work ethic growing up on a small Tennessee cattle farm. I earned degrees in soil science and forestry and worked more than 20 years in forest management and forest environmental research. I love land and helping people connect with it.

I began with AFM in 2018, specializing in farms, timberland, and hunting properties. My area of service spans the South Carolina Upstate from Anderson to Chester, Edgefield to Cowpens, and pretty much all points in between. In my work, I value honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to truly help people.

Since 2020, I have sold 52 tracts across 13 counties of the SC Upstate representing more than 7,000 acres and $26 million in total value. As part of my business, my family donates to Southeastern Children’s Home (Duncan, SC) based on each acre sold.

I am a Registered Forester in South Carolina and live near the town of Piedmont, where my wife teaches school. When I am not working, you might find me wandering through the mountains or helping with the college-age ministry at the church my family attends.
