Mill Creek Tract
Mill Creek Tract is a private tract in a rural setting in northeast Morgan County. The tract is heavily wooded and the timber has not been cut in several decades. AFM performed a timber inventory which can be viewed in the documents section. About 2/3 of the tract has gentle topography and the other 1/3 is moderately steep. There is one perennial creek in the south 1/3 of the tract and a portion of a perennial creek on the south end of the tract. The first mentioned perennial creek has excellent potential for a pond site. There is a natural Vernal Pool on the property and photos are attached of it. Several good home sites are present and some would offer excellent views of the Cumberland Mountains southeast of the tract. High speed internet and utilities including gas are available at the county road.
Taxes can be significantly reduced if owner places tract in Forestry Greenbelt.
