About Me

Jamie was raised in rural Montgomery County, NC, where he developed his love for the outdoors. As a young boy, he hunted, fished, and roamed the Uwharries, gaining an appreciation for nature. This led him into the field of forestry.

In 2002, Jamie obtained his Bachelor's degree in Forest management from NC State University. Since then, he worked a brief time in the forest industry, buying timber for a local sawmill. Jamie has been with American Forest Management for 13 years, working as a consulting forester and managing timberland for small non-industrial forest landowners. This is where he found his true passion: working with landowners to help them achieve success in managing their land. He brings that experience to AFM Real Estate and looks forward to many more relationships and successes with landowners in the future. Jamie is a Registered Forester in NC and SC, and he is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in NC.
