About The Agent
My name is Cliff Ryland, and my role within the company is multi-faceted between real estate and land management. On the land management side, I am a NIPF forester/ Technical forester, and I hold a salesperson's license in AR and an associate broker’s license in LA through AFM Real Estate.
My favorite part about working with AFM is the broad spectrum of high-quality services we provide our clients. Every property is unique, and every landowner is different; the objectives of management for those properties are equally dynamic. Whether it be a timber sale on TIMO property in Bienville Parish, Louisiana, or discussing market conditions with a non-industrial private landowner in Calcasieu Parish, the most rewarding part of the job is working with the land and its stakeholders.
I enjoy spending my free time outside with my family, and we are very active. Louisiana is called the “Sportsman’s Paradise” for a reason, and during the fall and spring, I spend my time hunting and fishing across the State.
