Kerry is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina and Georgia. He is a Registered Forester and prescribed fire manager in South Carolina.

Growing up in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Kerry developed an obsession for the outdoors and history. He understands how land and its uses have shaped our region and produced our diverse culture. His experience with real estate transactions, timber sales, forest management, conservation easements, wildlife restoration projects, road building and ditch installation projects, and land management has given him a broad range of skills. He has worked on iconic hunting plantations, small privately owned tracts, large industrial timber tracts, and farmland. He knows land capabilities and the cost associated with ownership. Kerry has a wife, Ashley, and a son, Beau.
