There is not water or sewer available, each site will need a well and septic system. A right-of-way is currently being cleared for a powerline, which should be on site soon.

There is a recent survey, but it has not yet been recorded. See attached documents for the plat.

The property is adjacent to Andrews Mill Pond, which was initially created in 1790 to power a grits mill, then a saw mill, and other uses over its history.
