Before joining American Forest Management in 2024, she spent nearly seven years working as a wildlife biologist for Texas Parks and Wildlife and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, where she focused on habitat management and technical guidance for private landowners.

Emily earned her undergraduate degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from Clemson University, her M.S. in Forest Resources from the University of Georgia, and her Ph.D. in Wildlife Science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. That combination of forestry, fisheries, and wildlife science training directly supports the rural land work she does for clients today.

Emily is based in Georgetown County, South Carolina, and works across a wide range of counties in both states.
