About Me

David Lynch has over 17 years of experience in real estate/land sales and is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. He has been with AFM since January of 2014.

David grew up on St. Simons Island in southeast Georgia, where he enjoyed all of the outdoor opportunities the area provided. Shortly after college, he began to pursue his passion for land brokerage. Handling marketing, dispositions, and acquisitions of thousands of acres since 1999, David brings his knowledge and experience to buyers and sellers in Georgia and South Carolina. He has an intrinsic motivation to succeed in the land brokerage business by assisting buyers and sellers in making informed decisions. His genuine conviction for the value of rural land has been fundamental to his success.

David and his wife live in Charleston, South Carolina, with their two daughters.
