About The Agent

Charlie is a native of Sumter, SC, where he spent his childhood hunting, fishing, and cruising timber in the South Carolina Lowcountry, Piedmont, and Upstate. He earned his real estate license the summer before his senior year at Duke University.

Charlie has been a land sales specialist in North Carolina and South Carolina since 2004. He is now located in Charlotte, NC, with his wife and their two daughters, Lucy and Mary Charles.
