Located in the productive coastal Oregon wood basket, this attractive plantation property totals ±4,997 net acres with a diverse age class distribution. With an average stand age of approximately 28 years and an average Douglas-fir site index of 116 (King 50), the property not only provides the opportunity for immediate timber revenue but also is very well positioned for consistent long-term cash flows keyed by solid biological growth, product shifts, and potential market appreciation.
Approximately 89% of the property’s gross acres are timbered acres suitable for forest management. Gross acres categorized by general land use type are as follows:
