Among his professional achievements, Mark co-founded and managed a private real estate brokerage and investment business, was a successful timber and rural land investor, and has owned his own multifamily development and construction company. For the past decade, he has worked in the forest investment community as a land sales manager and broker. His primary responsibility is for corporate business development and oversight of the land sales program for both retail and portfolio-level timberland dispositions throughout the Pacific Northwest region.
Mark's in-depth knowledge and years of experience in the land business have earned him recognition as a leader in the real estate community. In 2011, he was awarded the prestigious Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtors Land Institute, a credential held by only a handful of real estate professionals in the U.S.
Mark holds an undergraduate degree in International Business Relations from Brigham Young University and is fluent in Japanese. He has completed graduate courses in real estate from New York University and is a licensed principal real estate broker in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
Mark is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership, management, marketing, and negotiation skills acquired over his 30-year career in real estate.
