BID SALE PROCESS

Project Crown will be offered for sale through a single-stage, sealed-bid process. The data room will open in mid-September 2026.

DATA ROOM

An electronic data room containing information for interested parties to use to evaluate the property will be available. All prospective buyers with a mutually executed Confidentiality Agreement (CA) will be granted access to the data room.
