Colton Jacobson is a land-focused real estate professional with a decade of experience in rural, agricultural, and timberland properties. With an additional eight years in the forestry industry, he brings a deep understanding of land management, resource value, and long-term investment potential to every client he serves. Raised on a farming and ranching operation, Colton developed an early appreciation for working landscapes and the people who steward them. He went on to study Agricultural Science at Oregon State University, where he strengthened his technical knowledge of agriculture, land use, and natural resources. Colton is an active member of the REALTORS® Land Institute, continually working to expand his expertise and stay at the forefront of land industry practices. His background in farming, forestry, and land brokerage gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective—allowing him to guide clients with confidence, integrity, and practical insight.
