Colton Jacobson

Colton Jacobson focuses on rural, agricultural, and timberland properties. With over a decade of land-focused real estate experience and an additional eight years in the forestry industry, he brings specialized knowledge of land management, resource value, and long-term investment potential to each transaction.

Colton is a licensed broker in both Oregon and Washington, and he serves as the Pacific Northwest Real Estate Manager for AFM Real Estate.

Colton earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation in 2025 through the Realtors Land Institute. He is also an active member of the REALTORS Land Institute. In 2025, the Realtors Land Institute recognized him as both the highest-producing land broker and the top-producing timberland broker for that calendar year.

Colton studied Agricultural Science at Oregon State University, where he built a strong technical foundation in agriculture, land use, and natural resources. He was also raised on a farming and ranching operation, which gave him an early, hands-on appreciation for working landscapes.

Colton works across a wide range of Oregon counties, including Lane, Linn, Marion, Douglas, Benton, Clackamas, Washington, Yamhill, Deschutes, Coos, and many others throughout the state. His office is based in Coburg, Oregon.
