The Project is located in Albemarle, Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, Buckingham, Campbell, Charlotte, Cumberland, Franklin, Halifax, Nelson, and Pittsylvania Counties, totaling ±107,711 gross acres. Located within the Central Virginia wood basket with an established fiber supply agreement, this package provides opportunities for immediate harvest and long-term cash flow.
Project Apollo is being offered for sale via a single-stage, public bid process. The project is being offered in its entirety and may not be further divided. Offers will not be considered for individual blocks or parcels.
