About Me

Chris Manus is the Mid-Atlantic Region Manager, and he started his career in 1998. He has a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from North Carolina State University, and he is a Registered Forester and Licensed Real Estate Broker in NC. Chris is also a Broker In Charge in Charlotte, NC, a Principal Broker in VA, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in SC. Additionally, Chris is a member of several organizations, including the Society of American Foresters, the North Carolina Forestry Association, and the North Carolina SIC, and he is an American Tree Farm Qualified Inspector. He is honored by the opportunity to help private landowners buy and sell property and also excels with TIMO clients. In his spare time, Chris enjoys deer and turkey hunting and spending time with his family.
