Chris Manus

Chris Manus serves as the Mid-Atlantic Region Manager at American Forest Management, Inc. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and has been working in forestry and land management since 1998.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from North Carolina State University. He is a Registered Forester and Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, a Broker In Charge in Charlotte, NC, a Principal Broker in Virginia, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in South Carolina. He is also an American Tree Farm Qualified Inspector and a member of the Society of American Foresters, the North Carolina Forestry Association, and the North Carolina SIC.

Chris is honored to help private landowners buy and sell rural property and also excels at working with TIMO clients. His combined background in forestry management and real estate brokerage allows him to serve a broad range of landowners and institutional investors.
