Jim has 40 years of experience in the Pacific Northwest timberland business. His background covers large and small timberland acquisitions and dispositions, negotiations, escrow, land use, appraisals, and client relationships. He also brings an extensive network of buyers, sellers, and brokers to help clients reach their goals.

Jim is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in both Washington and Oregon. His broker in charge for both states is Colton Jacobson, and he operates under AFM Real Estate.

Jim covers a wide range of counties and communities across both states. In Oregon, his service area includes counties such as Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Marion, Linn, and Yamhill, among others.
