"We are grateful for Fred’s years of service and leadership and wish him the best in retirement," said Dennis Dart, Managing Director, Western Operations. "At the same time, we are excited to welcome Colton into his new role. His expertise and vision will be invaluable as we move forward."

AFM and AFM Real Estate are committed to a seamless leadership transition and look forward to continued success in the Northwest under Colton’s guidance.
