THE OFFERING


AFM Real Estate (AFMRE) is pleased to present Project Viper, located in multiple tracts across 15 counties in Southeast Georgia totaling ±16,713 gross acres. The property is being offered for sale as two separate packages that may be bid on separately or together; offers will not be considered for individual tracts. Bids will be due November 13, 2024, with closing in January 2025.
