Jamie Lytton Promoted to Regional Real Estate Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region

American Forest Management is pleased to announce that Jamie Lytton is being promoted to the role of Regional Real Estate Manager for its Mid-Atlantic Region. In this role, Jamie will lead and support a team of land-focused real estate professionals by driving business development efforts and building relationships with landowners, clients, and industry partners throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He will also develop and implement strategic land sale programs to maximize value and returns for clients.

Jamie has an associate’s degree in Applied Science in Forest Management Technology from Montgomery College and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from North Carolina State University. He is a Registered Forester in North Carolina and South Carolina, a North Carolina Commercial Pesticide Applicator, a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and Broker-in-Charge, and a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson. After earning his North Carolina provisional real estate license in 2020, Jamie obtained his full broker license in 2021 and expanded his real estate practice into South Carolina in 2025. His dual expertise as a registered forester and licensed real estate professional provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of timberland management, land valuation, investment analysis, and rural property transactions. He brings more than 24 years of experience to consulting forestry, timberland management, and real estate.
