Fred Sperry Receives the National Association of Realtors (NAR) National Commercial Award

AFM Real Estate is pleased to announce that Fred Sperry, Broker/Forester, is the proud recipient of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) National Commercial Award. This national recognition celebrates REALTORS® who go above and beyond in their service, leadership, and contributions to the commercial real estate industry.

The National Association of REALTORS® is an American trade association involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, and its membership is composed of residential and commercial brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in the real estate industry.

Fred has more than 40 years of experience managing forests in the Pacific Northwest and 25 years of experience in rural real estate. In 2012, Sperry and his wife, Jean, founded Northwest Forest Properties and merged operations with AFM Real Estate in 2022 to expand services for buyers and sellers of forest, rural, recreation, and conservation lands across the Pacific Northwest. Fred is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, the Realtors Land Institute, and the Society of American Foresters. He is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Additionally, he was honored with the Top National Producer Award in 2024 by the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), a national organization of land real estate professionals.
