Rick Kullnat

Rick Kullnat is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in both South Carolina and North Carolina. He is also a Registered Forester in SC, NC, and Georgia, giving him a strong professional foundation across the region.

Rick has more than 15 years of experience selling timberland, farms, and recreational-type properties ranging from fifteen to over 1,500 acres. His background allows him to assist first-time buyers, investors, and landowners looking to evaluate or sell their properties.

Rick has over 41 years of experience managing timberland for large TIMOs, private landowners, and smaller non-industrial private landowners. He obtained an AAS degree in Forest Management Technology and has spent his career learning to be a good steward of the land.

Rick is based in Conway, Horry County, SC and focuses on the coastal counties of northeastern South Carolina and southeastern North Carolina. His service area spans dozens of counties across both states, including Horry, Brunswick, New Hanover, Cumberland, Robeson, Charleston, and many others.
