About Me

Rick has spent a lifetime in the coastal counties of northeastern SC and southeastern NC while never living more than 30 miles inland from the coast. Growing up mainly in Horry County, Rick developed an appreciation of God's creation while hunting, fishing, and spending time on local rivers. After obtaining an AAS degree in Forest Management Technology, Rick has spent 40+ years learning to be a good steward of the land entrusted to us.

His experience includes 41+ years of managing timberland for large TIMOs, private landowners, and smaller non-industrial private landowners. He has 15+ years of experience selling timberland, farms, and recreational-type properties from fifteen to 1500+ acres. Rick is a Registered Forester in SC, NC, and GA and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in SC and NC.

Rick's experience and local knowledge of the market, land values, timber values, and recreational values allow him to help landowners evaluate and sell their properties or help first time buyers and investors find the right property.
