About Me

A lifetime spent in the coastal counties of northeastern SC & southeastern NC while never living more than 30 miles inland from the coast. Growing up mainly in Horry County, I developed early in life an appreciation of God's creation while hunting, fishing and spending time on the local rivers! That was continued into a lifelong career after obtaining an AAS degree in Forest Management Technology of 40+ years in learning how to be a good steward of what God has entrusted to us. My experience includes: *** 41+ years' of managing timberland for large TIMO's, private landowners and smaller non-industrial private landowners *** 15+ years' of selling timberland, farms and recreational type properties from 15 to 1500+ acres *** Registered forester in SC, NC & GA *** Licensed real estate broker in SC & NC *** Overall experience and local knowledge of the markets considering land values, timber values and recreational values allows me to evaluate and help landowners sell their properties.
