Keith Brown

Keith Brown serves as District Manager based in Georgetown, South Carolina. In that role he supports landowners and buyers across a wide territory covering much of South Carolina as well as portions of southeastern North Carolina.

Keith brings over 30 years of experience in forestry, land management, and real estate. He holds an Associate of Arts in Forest Technology from Horry-Georgetown Technical College and has built a career focused on sustainable land stewardship in the coastal South Carolina region.

Keith is a Registered Forester, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and Certified Prescribed Fire Manager in South Carolina. He is also a Certified Tree Farm Inspector and a Certified Pesticide Applicator, and he is an active member of the Forestry Association of South Carolina.

Keith covers an extensive territory that includes Georgetown County and many surrounding counties in South Carolina, such as Horry, Charleston, Berkeley, Sumter, Florence, and Orangeburg counties, among others. His service area also extends into several counties in southeastern North Carolina, including Brunswick, New Hanover, Robeson, and Columbus counties.
