About The Agent

Chris joined the AFM Real Estate team in 2018, where his primary role is managing all of the company's large property disposition projects as well as a number of acquisition due diligence projects. He spent the 13+ years before that in AFM's appraisal group, where he appraised timberland properties across all of the major timber growing regions of the US and also in many areas of Brazil. Prior to that he managed harvest planning for Temple-Inland Forest Products Corporation's 1.5MM acres of plantations in Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas. In his life before graduate school, he taught middle school and coached high school in Florida for five years. Chris has also been an Adjunct Instructor in Clemson University's College of Agriculture, Forestry, and Life Sciences since 2016.
