Carolyn Mulligan

About The Agent

Carolyn is the District Manager for AFM's Virginia operations and has been with the company for over 30 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Wildlife from Virginia Tech and her MBA from Averett University. Carolyn is a Certified Forester with the Society of American Foresters and serves on the Virginia Board of Forestry and the Virginia Forestry Educational Foundation. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2004 and has assisted large investors, TIMOs, and private landowners with their land transactions.

Carolyn specializes in recognizing the potential of rural property and can offer both local expertise and big-picture knowledge. She listens to her clients, takes the time to understand their goals, and answers their questions while putting together the best plan of action for what they want to accomplish.

In her free time, Carolyn enjoys traveling and researching her family history, some of which is rooted in early-day Virginia.
