Bruce Krieg

Bruce Krieg has more than 35 years of experience in the forest industry and real estate brokerage. Before joining AFM, he worked with well-known organizations including Kidder Mathews Forestland Specialty Group, Colliers International Natural Resources Group, Timber Services, Inc., Louisiana Pacific Corporation, and Simpson Timber Company. He also operated his own forestry consulting business, Greenwood Consulting, Inc., giving him a broad background in both the consulting and brokerage sides of the industry.

Bruce specializes in Forestland and Natural Resources land brokerage. His combination of formal education in Business Management with a Forestry minor and decades of hands-on industry experience makes him well suited to help clients buy or sell timberland and other natural resource properties.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Forestry minor from Humboldt State University. That blend of business and forestry coursework laid the foundation for his long career working with timberland and natural resource properties.

Bruce Krieg is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in Washington State. His license number is 75419 and it is valid through July 30, 2027.

Bruce is based in Kirkland and operates within AFM's Pacific Northwest region. He serves a wide range of Washington counties, including King, Snohomish, Pierce, Whatcom, Skagit, Kitsap, Thurston, Yakima, Chelan, and many others across western and central Washington.
