Rob Ball is a licensed real estate agent and certified appraiser in the state of Virginia. He has spent his entire career in the real estate industry with 30+ years selling and valuing various types of real estate including new construction, raw and improved land, and residential properties. As a licensed appraiser in Virginia since 1991, he has appraised a variety of land and residential properties throughout the central and eastern parts of the state.

Kenneth Chesson is a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina. He has always had a passion for the outdoors and land. With a background in farm equipment sales and working as a freelance outdoor videographer, Chesson is uniquely positioned to assist both buyers and sellers of rural real estate.

Ball is from a small rural community along the western shore of the Chesapeake Bay where he spends his leisure time boating with his wife, Sandy, and their two boys. He currently resides in Richmond, VA, and works from the AFM Real Estate office located there. He received is B.S. from Lynchburg College and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, Richmond Association of Realtors and Ducks Unlimited.

Chesson is a lifelong resident of Williamston, NC. He is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of East Carolina University. He will work from AFM Real Estate’s Wilson, NC, office.
