Monte Bartek is a licensed real estate agent in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Monte has been serving in the forest industry for over 20 years. Monte spent several years performing contract forestry work for several timber companies. In 2009, he was asked to join a large forestry consulting firm where he assisted in managing forestry activities on over 100,000 acres of forestland in Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma. In order to spend more time with his family and his ministry, in 2013, he left the consulting firm and became an independent forestry consultant, primarily contracting with Timber Investment Management Organizations (TIMOs). As a forestry consultant, Monte supervised all aspects of forestry activity, from planting young trees to final harvest. Recognizing the utility of aerial reconnaissance and on demand imagery, in 2018, Monte purchased several aerial drones and received his Part 107 commercial drone pilot's license.

He is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, a registered forester in Arkansas and Oklahoma and is also a Certified Forester by the Society of American Foresters. He resides with his wife Ann (also a forester) and their six children in southwest Arkansas.
