Sell Sequatchie Tracts

Nice Timberland tract full of potential located on Highway 285 in Bledsoe County. This parcel is a split of a larger listing named 1020 Whole. The topography in gently to moderately sloped. The tract has two perennial creeks within the tract and is bounded by Doe Creek. Doe creek is a very large beautiful waterway which averages about 20-30 feet wide.
