About The Agent

Josh joined AFM in 2023 and is eager to build relationships with clients interested in Maine Real Estate. Although Josh is new to the AFM team, he is not new to the Northern Maine woods. Apart from being born and raised in the area, Josh has spent the last 10+ years working on woodlots as well as cellular and broadcast tower sites. Through his experience, he has cultivated skills around land management, timber sales, and remote site access. As a small business owner, Josh has developed a local and regional network of Mainers that can help clients connect with their ideal property or buyer. Josh has a strong work ethic and continuously prioritizes the needs of others, which is sure to shine through as he begins his career in real estate. Working together with the team at AFM, clients will be supported by licensed Foresters and Brokers with over 20 years of experience.

Currently, Josh resides in Old Town with his wife, Ava. Outside work, Josh enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and spending time “upta camp” with his wife and their dogs, Daisy and Baxter.
