AFM will not sell, trade, or rent your information to third party businesses or marketing companies!

The benefits of registering with AFM Real Estate include receiving information on the latest property listings geared to your needs, access to our Custom Search application, a free subscription to the AFM Real Estate newsletter, as well as premium customer support.

AFM Real Estate believes in keeping your information confidential! We will only use your information to assist you in your property search. All of our employees follow the highest code of ethics, and will not use your information for anything other than its intended use.

By providing us with your personal information through the AFM Real Estate web site, you consent to our collection and use of your information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy and the other terms and conditions published on our site. We reserve the right to change these policies, and will post any changes on this page for your information. You are also consenting to receive emails from AFM either as marketing tools to promote our properties and services or as a service to you providing you with the latest up-to-date real estate listings that match your search criteria.


How We Use Your Information
We may use any information you provide us within our own company for marketing and research purposes. We may also use certain information about your property preferences to send you e-mails, postcards or brochures about special offers we believe you may be interested in. AFM Real Estate does not sell or rent your information to third parties. If this changes for any reason in the future, you may elect not to have your information shared with third parties by notifying us at info@AFMRealEstate.com. We will make public announcements on this web page if we ever change our policy concerning the rental or sale of personal information.

You Can Change your Profile Information
We strive daily to maintain accurate data for all of our customers and web site users. If you find errors in your personal information, please notify us in one of the following ways, and we will be happy to correct it.

Technology Used To Protect Your Privacy
There are two main types of cookies that can be transmitted via a web
page interaction.

1.) Transient Cookies or temporary session cookies. This puts data into the temporary memory of your browser to convey information (if you are filling out an order form, for example) from one screen to the next. This type of cookie only lasts as long as your browser is open (or it can time out at approximately 20 -120 minutes). Once you close your browser, this cookie disappears permanently.

2.) Persistent Cookies - These cookies (bits of data) are stored on your computer's hard drive. They are used to store ID's, logins, passwords, etc. to make your online experience easier. Unscrupulous web developers also put these on your hard drive and collect data about you (hackers may also use persistent cookies to collect passwords and keystrokes). But most reputable companies, such as your bank, and most e-commerce stores, use them to make your life easier.

AFM Real Estate does not use cookies to collect any additional information other than the information you provide us at the time you register. If your browser does not support cookies, or if you have turned them off, you will still be able to use our site, but some functionality may not be as easy or simple to use.

You can delete cookies from your Internet Explorer browser by going to the "Tools" menu, clicking on "Internet Options..." and clicking on the "Delete Cookies..." button.

You can block cookies by clicking on the Security tab in Internet Options and selecting a Medium or High Security level on the slider. You can also block cookies using a third party tool such as ZoneAlarm from ZoneAlarm.com. This is a free product that also acts as personal firewall.
